Faculty

The Faculty and Administration at VCCS is composed of educators who are completely dedicated to the furthering of Christian education, promoting excellence in academics, and teaching Christian values in each area of study. Our faculty holds degrees ranging from Bachelors, to Doctorates. Their love of learning has impacted hundreds of students who have attended VCCS throughout it's over 14 years of operation. Students also benefit from a faculty that engages in the various extra-curricular activities enjoyed at VCCS.

College preparation is accomplished by emphasizing the success of each student, and is evidenced in every graduating class. The faculty emphasizes spiritual growth on a daily basis and is known for giving to students far above their call of duty as academic educators.

The Administration of VCCS recognizes that occasionally students need additional help and strongly encourages faculty to assist students as much as is necessary. Students who need extra help are always encouraged to meet with teachers after school or at other arranged times. Our average Student: Teacher ratio in the high school classes is 14:1.

Another valuable communication tool the faculty of Ventura County Christian utilize is the PowerSchool Student Information System, by which parents, students, and school personnel are able to have instant access to student data via the Internet.
